Yoga Vinyasa

Movement, meditation, philosophy, art of living: yoga has been practiced and studied in various forms for more than 2000 years. Originally from India, it spread to the West in the 20th century and developed in new forms, mixing traditional and contemporary elements.

Vinyasa yoga has many benefits for the body such as:

  • strength, endurance and flexibility

  • muscle building

  • the balance

  • sculpting and toning of the silhouette

And for the mind like:

  • stress management

  • to relax and be still

  • mastery of concentration

  • to welcome emotions

  • to become self-aware

Yoga engages the physical, the mental but also more subtle dimensions of the individual. Through work based on breathing, postures, concentration and self-awareness, it allows, among other things, to strengthen, stretch and purify the body as well as calming the mind in order to find a balance. Internally and externally. Associated with an ancient philosophy, it represents a way of life centered on the search for harmony and inner peace. Yoga is discovered and experienced, each in their own way and always with kindness.
