Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that allows you to exercise while working on body alignment.
You will be guided through the flow of different types of asanas (postures) inspired by different themes or created for your needs.
This type of yoga has many advantages: for the body such as: strength, endurance and flexibility muscle strengthening and balance, sculpting and toning of the silhouette; for the mind: managing stress, calming the mind and emotional state, controlling concentration.
Each student will be invited to appropriate their practice and guided in the development of a greater self-awareness.
